What’s a website that lets you upload graphic and/or copyrighted videos?

So I run a horror themed YouTube channel, and I like to make real artsy videos (my end goal being to make 666). In some instances my videos got removed, either for graphic content or copyrighted music or clips. It used to be easy, I’d just upload the videos to google+ and add them to the description of this video:

But now that google+ will be taken down next July, I’m afraid my videos will have nowhere to go! Can anyone help me with this?

      You misunderstand. The video includes links to all my videos that were blocked on YouTube that I uploaded to google+
