I’m curious because I have an odd fascination with Diabetes. And we’ve all have felt low blood sugar, but not high.

Is it true your sweat and urine smells fruity?

    Your tongue goes numb and yes you do sweat. Feels like your going to faint. You have fruity breath not urine

      I thought urinre would smell sweet as well.

          I thought it was related to diabetes, but there is a seperate disorder called Maple Syrup Urine Disease.

    if your sugar is high enough you spill sugar over into your urine. mine was 150 last time but they are not concerned because im in intense pain. Pain is the reason its up. they will check it again in 6 months . my weight is dropping so i should be fine. hey i can walk again , i just cant sleep. i cant feel it at all.
