As my late paternal grandfather used to say, "I don't know, and I don't care".
You should use Google to look up potential side effects, or call your pharmacy, and ask them.

Constant constipation followed by diarrhea. Excess saliva higher heart rate. Bleeding of the ass, awkward boners and the risk of feeling old
Come on, bro. It's not hard to Google this question and find credible websites with solid information on the possible side effects of drugs.
For what it's worth, the only side effects I've experienced when I've used Cialis have been slight headaches.
By its very nature, the drug messes with your circulatory system, and while most of the reported side effects are trivial and transient, anything that affects your blood circulation should obviously be treated with respect. You would be wise to use the lowest dosage that has the effect you need, rather than just tossing a whole tablet down your throat because that's how they come. Take only a portion of a tablet, and give it some time to take effect (tadalafil is pretty quick-acting). If you don't notice anything different - and bear in mind that like all ED drugs, it won't give you an insta-hard, but only help you to get an erection if you're erotically stimulated - then take a little more until you find a dosage that works.
