    Option 1) Daily practice on the speed ball keep your hands up and move your feet.
    Option 2) Hemorrhoid cream. Sounds weird but it's a thing. Look it up.

    I usually use a cold compress. It does wonders, especially in the morning.

      I have never heard of that.. But I guess it makes sense for puffyness, swelling and such
