What are your life goals?

Having goals is an important part of life. Personally I never cared about most the typical goals most people have. I think the reason so many people never get to experience all that life has to offer is that they are willing to settle for less. I will list my biggest goals.

-Finish all the music projects I have started plus continue to create music to share with the world and play shows.

-Create animated films based off stories I have written.

-Run for USA president.

-Buy a boat to live on. Also buy a hot air balloon. Travel the world.

-Kill a few specific people. Do not worry, they are unlikely you.

-Master extradimensional astral projection.

-Destroy the Large Hadron Collider once and for all.

-Have my memories uploaded into a computer to achieve digital immortality.

-Bury time capsule safes around the world containing hard drives with my lifes work on them so my legacy will be remembered when they are recovered in millions of years after humans have gone extinct and cats have evolved into humanoid beings and resurrect my memories from my hard drives.

-Exchange information with the grey aliens to use their technology to go back in time to plant life on Earth to evolve back into us creating the neverending paradox we are stuck in.

-Move to another planet to repeat process.

Yes, I realize my goals are impressive and some may say unrealistic, but I realize life is nothing more than a biological game and like any game, it can be hacked to achieve great things and I would not settle for less.

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Purchasing a decent piece of arable land and try to be as self sufficient as possible.

Oh and to rekindle my love life again.

You don't know how much I'd love that life. As long as I still had a job, and could still visit the city, I'd do this in a heartbeat.

I guess I'm boring. I genuinely don't want anything fancy. My only goal is to be with my boyfriend and have a happy life together.

I don't think people are necessarily settling for less. Some of usnjust have different goals and priorities, and that's ok.

Get out of my depressive/anxious state of mind

Go to uni to continue studying psychology, I'd like to study criminology too

Get into youth work ( I already have volunteer youth worker experience )

Then eventually with enough qualifications and experience become a psychiatrist, it's something I've been interested in for a while but like my want to get into social/youth work I feel so many in the field don't give a shit, a lot of people have bad experiences with usless psychiatrists as well as shitty social workers I feel the more people in the job that care the better, a bad psychiatrist will do nothing but cause more problems and give the job a bad name.

I know its unrealistic but I have a chance of doing it if I get out of this slump I've been in,

Even more unrealistic are my pipe dreams of being a musician/ actor like mark kozelek, just, without being an asshole to everyone

Not to sound rude, but your goals don't impress me in the slightest.

My goals are a little less specific. Be happy, watch my children grow up to be amazing humans, get a dog, etc. As for something specific, I want to prepare a meal entirely out of food I have grown and raised myself. Mostly, I want to be content with the simple thing in life. So far so good.

I had achieved all my life's goals at 31. It left me lost and directionless. I don't think I've really gotten over it, and to this day, I tend to allow my life to be guided by those I'm with, to some extent..

Why would you destroy the LHC? It provides essential data for our understanding of the universe!

You say "I did it in 2008 and I will do it for good next time."

    What did you do?

I achieved the one and only life goal I had back in 2008: Own a house. I honestly regret the decision to do it.

Goals: Be as happy as I can, keep growing as a person and improve myself (inside and outside)

Keep working on finishing a book or at least a novel-collection.

Try to keep toxic people out of my life, or people better known as bottomless pits that would just drain your energy without ever returning it.

My most unrealistic goals are however: Get immortal, get super-powers, win enough cash to be financially secure for the rest of my life and to preform all the surgeries I would want to as well as the tattoos.

Some of my more realistic ones (in no order): Meet people I like or at least learn how to like people I meet, live in a grassland, have a couple parakeets (a chimera one would be cool but i'd take any), have a lot of costumes, learn to sew properly, make a dreamachine, be an animator, be a programmer, make a (good) comic, make a (good) video game... And learn to pass as "normal" when necessary...
