I actually wish I was from Iceland. I know I'm close, in that they are kind of neighbours but it's so different. Yay Bjork!
Although, kind of curious that the two most populous countries in the world didn't make the list, as well.

I think I may be the only American I know who pronounces her name right.
I have to admit, I only use an approximation of the Icelandic way. I do rhyme it with "work" rather than "cork" (as some people do). But I don't roll the R like you're suppose to and I don't put such emphasis on the K. It'd sound like I was trying too hard. :D
Oh, I don't roll the R. That would sound ridiculous where I'm at. lol. I mean I pronounce it like "Byerk" and not like "Beeyerk" or "Beeyork". I hear she hates the way Americans pronounce it so I stopped.

The English are no different. I hear "Byork" more often than "Byerk". I presume we're saying it right. I'm going off how she said her own name once.

I was gonna mention bjork! Oh the things I'd do to her. Hehehehe I love listening to her speak although her accent has changed so much.
Hehe, like I said, I mean no offence to people from Iceland...I'm sure it's a lovely place...
But yeah...I wouldn't name it as a top 10 for where I'd think people were from. Meh. It's funny.

What's great about the U.S. is that you have to do drugs if you truly want to live a fulfilling life.
Yeah and all the people who are prescribed antidepressants, painkillers, sleeping pills and all that good stuff.
sleeping pills help people sleep but I do not think its the best way to do it. Painkiller is a way to deal with pain but I guess you could sit in pain with that broken leg and shrapnel wounds and just feel like dieing if you are a trooper.
Anti depressants do not address the issue its just a bandage solution. However I do not think drugs should be forced especially not children for the matter as we are screwing up there development and I think people should look into better ways of dealing with problems than depending on substance abuse or drugs.
I do not see what your issue with painkillers is. Also I think we need something to make sure a patient is not in pain when they are doing surgical procedures or the patient might twitch or move and completly ruin the Operation. Also if you are trying to deny there is no potheads you are fooling yourself.
If you think painkillers are not a problem in America, you obviously do not know America. There are people everywhere who are taking 300 Mg of oxycodone daily who have little to no pain. Our country is dependent on pharmaceuticals. Hell, most people don't even know how to deal with pain and stress without some sort of mind-altering drug. Besides prescription drugs, there is caffeine and nicotine. just about everyone is addicted to something. And i never said there ain't no potheads. If you don't see this problem in your own country you are either very sheltered or very young. Or both.
