What decade do you belong to?
I'm sitting in a coffee shop reading a noir novel listening to jazz and I realize I was born too late. Obviously I would have thrived in the 20s. Any one else?

I was rather fond of growing up in the 70's, however at the creation of the internet and social media i was able to find that I WAS NOT the only guy in the world that had a thing for wearing lingerie and womens clothing.
Cassette Tapes. Madonna, Rick Astley, Kylie Minogue, Kool & The Gang and MJ records. Coz' that was the later half of the 80s for me. Or did I misunderstand OPs question?
Kylie minogue was totally 90's dude. I remember her juicy donk giving me self esteem issues be4 anyone kept up with any of the Kardashians.
Whaaatttt? I'm the 90's! Ripped jeans, plaid, angry Cobain.
The 80's is the ONLY time for good rap music though, so I guess I get it...
Now here you go dropping science. Dropping it all over.
Man after my heart.
That sounds so...predatory & creepy. I hope you don't feel violated!
...well, maybe a little
Tickled to death. I have the same look in my eyes that backwoods dingo gets when he spots a tree dwelling rodent on the horizon.
Good grief... I belong to 7 of them so far, although I don't remember anything from the 1st one.
Life is meant to be lived... at every age.
The 2020s, it’s pointless to yearn for a less technologically advanced time when peoples lives were harder at least to some degree. I choose to embrace the future and everything it will bring.
No, in the 20s you’d have whined about the lack of internet, pissed your pants, then died.
It would've been cool to live in the 1790's, when the US was still new and people had hope (and a lot of anxiety too) for the country they had only just recently made.
Aside from that, maybe the 70's because I like chaos
You act as though the world only existed a 100 years, the 1860s at the Victorian age would be a good time for me to exist. Simpler life, less complicated work force nature before Fredrick Taylor ruined it, and I really liked the Victorian colure, the art and literature and all. The US was torn with Civil War but Europe was experiencing peace and prosperity since the end of the Crimean War. Also Julius Cesar was my historical hero, would be cool if I was born in ancient Rome and fought alongside the Cesareans against the Pompeian in the 40s BC. Regardless out of the decades I existed since my birth in 1986s, 2000s was the best time in my life. Life's been garbage since 2010.
I would've wanted to be a teenager in the 90s due to the grunge era, and preferably born in Seattle of course. I also like the 70s. I've been told sometimes I give off 70s vibes, whatever that means. I feel like if anything my random sense of fashion is more 90s but maybe it's a mixture of 70s and 90s fashion.
I would have killed it in the 60s. The fashions back then were so snazzy and music was still an art.
I would say anywhere from 1970's to 1990's, but I picked 1980's. There's a lot I love from all of those decades.
I was born in 1995 though, so I guess my coming of age decade was 2010's.
I've lived the full 90s decade. But sadly, I didn't enjoy childhood and preteen years which happened to fall in that decade. I feel I was part of it, I mean the movies I watched, the music I listened.. but generally, life lacked excitement for me then. It wasn't until the 2000s that I got freedom to explore the world on my own, that life got exciting for me. And then the 2010s came knocking on my door with responsibilities that seemed to dull the excitement from the 2000s. So yeah I belong to the 20s.
No decade is good. I only have nostalgia for the late 90’s early 2000’s cause I was a kid with no concept of world issues. If I went back to the 50’s, i would have been shamed for being 25, single, and working (probably). 70’s I would have been a faggot or something. Its all relative
Oh shit! You’re younger than me. You give off the textual presence of a cranky, but hip, dude in his 60’s.
I didnt know I wrote like one... huh. Well I'm taking it as a compliment.
Oh shit! I thought you meant born- oh ok, so i would've definitley thrived and blossomed in the 70s, however, i was unfortunatley born in the 90s.
