What difference between friends and true friends?

According to my school classmates, I thought I had Real Friends that I was around in high school. It's been over year and half… I never got phone calls or any visits since I congratulated.

What difference between friend and true friend? Could anyone give me advice.

    People go their own ways after they graduate. Don't expect them to keep in touch. It's too bad though...
    Some of my best friendships were in high school.
