What do I do because I got beat up by this random guy at the park and he said if I tell anyone he will kill me and he is tracking my phone but if I go home to my bf he will freak coz he is a cop and that will get me killed. I don’t know what to do anymore so I am just staying in my car at the moment
Personally, I think the safest thing for you to do is reset your phone and then leave it somewhere then go to your boyfriend because he's more likely to be able to protect you and know what to do than anyone else.
Sweetie are you still out? If you don’t ditch your phone and go to the nearest cop station and ask for help then your gonna be in this same mess. At least walk in the cop station and tell them your been assaulted and that said person is supposedly tracking your phone I don’t think you understand. A police station full of police men with training can protect you. Then call your boyfriend tell him where you are he will come and that will make you feel a little safer. You have to.

Call the cops and file a police report. If you're still scared, leave your phone in your house and drive off to some hotel and stay there for a couple of days, just make sure that nobody is following your car. Also make sure to check your clothes and anything that you bring with you for trackers. I doubt there would be any but this would just be for your own sanity and evidence in said police report.
Call the cops, and press charges for assault. I also believe he could get in trouble for threatening to kill you.

I was jogging in the park and I stopped and he tried to touch my boobs so I slapped him and ran but then he caught up and kept hitting me repeatedly in the head, neck, stomachache and legs
Call the police! You need to meet with a detective, and have a police sketch artist take your description. That piece of shit is a predator who beat you, because you wouldn't let him sexually assault you. You are probably not the only one he has attacked.

Honestly, if the police can get the local news to air their sketch of this guy there's a good chance that he might get caught, and other victims might come forward. That guy belongs in jail!

Try getting a new phone and you should really tell your bf about this but not over text. If possible try asking him if you can message family members about this on his phone and make sure to report this to the police.
Don't listen to those saying reset the phone. Put it in a plastic bag and go to the cops. It's evidence. Fingerprints for one, but more importantly, if he really is tracking, it will lead them straight to him.

Update: I am still in my car but I drove far from the park. I still haven’t gone home but my bf only knows where I’m at and that my phone is being tracked
Don't destroy the phone or the guy might consider that suspicious if he were to actually be tracking you.
If you can, drop it off somewhere far from you, like hide it in the bathroom of a coffee shop or something along those lines and then report the incident.
Even better, report it anonymously, and it can be played off as a witness report so that you won't be targeted.

Safest thing is turn off your phone leave it in the car and go to your bf or the cops (I'm sure your bf will do the same as the cops in reporting but I don't know him or how he reacts)
