    I always thought it was purely based on appearance.
    All other things are just things we look for in people.

    I thought you were talking about league of legends or fantasy football at first

    My leagues are defined by morality and aptitude and things like that. How you look and what job you have don't mean as much as those things, and my parameters are more accurate as far as whether or not someone should be trusted or allowed into my life

    Several factors god given and also work ethic. A good looking charismatic guy has an advantage in thr business world but then you get short ugly dudes like Jeff Bezos taking over the world. Intelligence plays a big role.

    These days, I base it on the way I am: An average looking person in their 30's that has a full time job and knows how to manage their credit.

    At first, it's almost entirely looks. After getting to know them it's a combination of looks and personality with a bit of ambition thrown in.
