What do you call them?
First off I'm a lady. I call them tits. I friend told me this was the vulgar version. Now I'm curious. To me "boobs" sounds childish and "breasts" is like a medical term.

Ahhh - but does what you call them vary depending on the size of the ones you are referring to?
Tits is a bit too crass for regular conversation.
Maybe it would be acceptable in a very casual conversation with someone you know really well, but in any other context it seems cheap.
Twin Peaks, Bra buddies, Betty Boops, Double-whammies, Fun bags, Knockers, Love muffins.
boob is just a fun word to say in general, however yaybies, and hooraybeis will do in a pinch
Local slang here is "norks". Generally I make something up on the fly which sounds suggestive enough that people know what I mean but still allows me to feign innocence. The last time I did this, I think I called them "the macaroons of love" even though macaroons don't come with a cherry any more.
Much sad.
