Good timing on the post, you're listed right below the 'what's so good about oral question'. So the headline fit pretty good.
I'd say taco, but back to your question. I'm sure it's rice,(it's served with almost everything), but I do love potatos.
I consume a lot of rice it's mainly because my mom makes a lot of pilau, egg fried rice and some biriyani.
Rice. It is a cultural thing. Most people eat rice everyday (lunch and dinner) here. If I am not eating rice it's chinese noodles. Sometimes pasta.
Vegetables...gluten free pasta is delish because I have a wheat allergy and its veg based. I do love me some rice too. And potatoes...all the potatoes
Rice. Not only is it cheap, but my girlfriend cooks it with a lot of meals. Before we got together it was easily potatoes.
Pasta. It's my favorite food, and I think I could eat it for every meal (though obviously that wouldn't be healthy). There's also the fact that it's very versatile, easy, quick and convenient, and cheap.
I try to keep it in moderation and keep my portion sizes smaller, but my favorite "splurge" meal is a big bowl of spaghetti!
When I'm not feeling up to cooking a home cooked meal and just want something quick to put on, I usually just fix one of those packaged pasta mixes, and maybe add a few of my own spices and ingredients to it.
I like rice and potatoes (depending on how they are cooked), but don't eat them as often.
I love potatoes
Yeah it's not the best starchy foodstuff but it's a heck of a lot better than rice is.
Good portion of china is prediabetic from the rice consumption. Around 11% or 160 million.
Potatos but I eat beef more than any other meal. They say its not healthy but my cholesterol is fine and my weight is good.
