What do you think cause some people of different races hate each other

Ignorance, miseducation, bad parenting, emotional issues, psychological disorders, religion.

When I was a kid, I lived in a town full of middle easterners, and from a young age, I noticed no one mixed or intermingled.

Also there was this Pakistani kid, who was always rude and aggressive to us which didn't help and separated us even more.

Of course now, I'm older and matured and have many friends from different back grounds and countries and religions.

I think the point I'm trying to get at is I think racism starts from an early age due to poor education and alienation from other ethnic groups, which needs to be addressed.

We're all the same in the end, skin color or sexual orientation or religious views shouldn't even come into the equation.

It's learned behaviour - small kids who haven't been taught to be racist don't even notice racial differences

For the most part, a combination of misunderstanding, culture differences, and history.

The root cause in my experience is the liberal p.c. police impose a view that members of all races are equally good at everything, but it just isn't true. Giving race-based handouts to members of certain ethnic groups only reinforces the differences between the races and breeds resentment...

I know a lot of people who do not get along because of their race. For example, my sister has two friends: one is russian and one is ukranian. They HATE each other and are always swearing at each other in russian.

There's actually some research that suggests that we tend to think of people who look like us as being more "trustworthy," (and the more we like another person, the more we think of them as looking like ourselves). Perhaps it's because people of other races are more likely to look different from us, thus increasing the level of suspicion that we feel towards them.

Add this together with lack of education, harmful stereotypes, cultural differences, past and present racial/ethnic discrimination, religious differences between races, etc., and you get racist.

There's never just one reason. Sometimes there's no reason at all, but there's never just one.
