Depends how much of it is muscle and how much is fat! Don't trust BMI as BMI doesn't know how much muscle or bone mass you are carrying. I would opt for doing a body fat % test either online or at a gym. Then you'll know for sure if you're in the healthy range. You could weight 150+ pounds, but be all muscle for all we know. It's high unlikely for the average girl that weighs that much to have a healthy body fat percentage, but it's possible.

A million times this. Going by weight only is pretty useless for determining fitness level.

Much more importantly, though, there isn't really a way to place an "upper limit" on how much fat makes a person no longer attractive. There are just too many people rocking a heavier-built body with confidence and pizazz to say that anything listed up there is "too fat."

Depends on whether you’re more or less muscular than average and whether you have a larger or finer bone structure. Using the average of several methods, a 5’4” woman’s ideal weight is around 125 pounds (56.7kg). Depends what you think “fat” means, but at 135 pounds (61kg), the average 5'4" woman is going to have visible excess flab. Time for Spanx!

I'm 5'4 and weight 47.10kg (103 pound). BMI says that I'm slightly underweight but I sure do not look underweight. I don't know why but it seems that the older I'm getting the skinnier I am. I don't really like my figure right now. Some of my bones are showing.

I'm only an inch taller and have been fat in the past. I recall looking chubby and doughy around the 145 mark. Around 150, that was fat. Above 160 and beyond, I looked horrendous. I'm 115 pounds now, which is perfect for me. XD

145 will look podgy, 155 will look fat. I'm fat myself, and don't buy into all this bullshit about it's healthy, or looks nice. It's unattractive, and I know for women it's even harder. One thing that puts me off, and a lot of my mates, is fat girls. 140-145 you might be able to look reasonable, but once you go above that it's going to put off a lot of guys. Really, if it's not weight from muscle, then you should probably be aiming for around 57kg.
