I think you are a little too preoccupied with numbers. Tell me what you eat and how active/sedentary you are and that will give me a better idea as to whether or not that number is a good one, or a bad one.
Just a bit chubby. It wouldn't be hard for you to tone up, if you wanted to.

If you assume the woman is of average bone and muscle mass, this is on the high end of average. That means probably not unhealthy due to weight, but also might not look as good in a bikini as she would like.
I'm 5'5 and last summer I was a size nine in clothes and 140 something pounds, so yeah that is slightly overweight, not obese or fat.
Talk to a doctor if you're worried about it. Based entirely on BMI, I think you may be getting up there, but more data is needed.
