What do you think would be a good name to rename the country of colombia?
I hate it when places are named after conquistadors, butchers, and war criminals. This would be like having Germany named Hitleria. It's not right, and they should rename this country. Before anyone laughs at this idea and tries to make a mockery, it can and probably will eventually happen. If Rhodesia and Siam could be renamed Zimbabwe and Thailand; Formosa and Ceylon can be renamed Taiwan and Sri Lanka; and East Pakistan can be renamed Bangladesh, this is definitely possible. Most of you who mock my idea I suspect aren't as passionate about geography as I am.
