You could probably work out what it means if you can focus on how you felt immediately you woke up after the dream.
Pregnancy can bring up lots of strong feelings: are you happy to be pregnant or a bit overwhelmed and feeling trapped? That could explain the dream.
When I was pregnant I dreamed I was making love to a woman and decided at the time that it meant I wanted to be a bloke and not pregnant, even though the pregnancy was very much planned and welcomed. It was a few years later before I realised I was in fact sexually attracted to women.
