I have been online dating for a few months now. I get talking to someone or a few and add them on snapchat then it all goes pear shaped. I'm not sure why. If I really like someone I can only concentrate on them, and when they don't message I feel lonely. I thought the whole idea was getting to know someone ?
I'd start sending snaps to get attention hoping they'd reply and then me start a convo. Sometimes I can't relax and be myself and when they do reply my nerves make me act not interested because if I acted too interested (being myself) I'd come across clingy and weird after a few days.

So there's this guy, probably my type more than any of them. He's goofy like me, we have things in common. His opening line was great, he's said some nice things to me.. but I'm nervous to start a convo so I just send snaps to make him know I'm still there. Otherwise he'll be chatting to other girls right ? He says I'm hot and stunning and talks for a while then stops? I have only waited a day but I just want him to message and get to know me, before another girl pops up to him.

Maybe I should give him my number ? But how do I say it ? What does the man like the woman to do?

Should I wait until he messages ?

    It's always better when the man 'closes the deal', takes the risk and asks for your number (and ideally gets it). Realistically you aren't going to be able to do much at this point besides messaging him with subtle signs of interest. Just don't be too subtle.

    Since he's probably not oblivious, if he doesn't respond to you then you know he's moved on and so should you.

      The reason I say give him my number is because he did ask to call me, the first time I said let's send a video instead... so we did.
      The next day he said it again after I mentioned his voice and I said 'tomorrow will be better' his reply happy days...

      And then nothing happened as we didn't speak much the next day.
