What does this dream mean?

I had a dream last night about me freaking out that I had lost one tooth already. And 3 more are very close to falling off. I don't know what this means.
When I woke up, my teeth were all there and accounted for.

    The loss of teeth signifies the breakdown of our facade. We smile with our teeth. Our smile is the facade we put out to the world. When something or someone exposes our facade, we feel broken.
