It was a french guy who said "I cut the camera off and I make away with the footage" i dont understand how hes using "make away"
He's saying "I shut the camera off and leave with the footage." or "I shut the camera off or take the footage with me."
It was a journalist from france that was there to report on the civil war with the colombian army. They were attacked by colombian rebels and his entire platoon he was with was wiped out and he was shot bit survived. He was captured by rebels and was released 32 days after. But when his entire platoon was dead he said "i then cut the camera and I make off with the footage". This is moments before he was captured by the rebels (FARC)
This makes me wonder if he somehow hid the footage from the rebels because I wonder why the rebels would not have made him delete it. Its a crazy story his name was romeo langious. You can see the entire thing on youtube.
