My guy friend always said we can't date, we can't be a couple, I don't like you like that, it won't work out over and over again now all of a sudden he's making moves on me, calling me cutie, holding my hand, leaning on me, playfully touching me, staring at me, smiling at me more, laughing more, talking about traveling the world with me.

    Sounds like he wants you to be his friend with benefits. I wouldn't reciprocate if I were you. This guy will most likely flake out the second he feels any pressure to commit to you
