Sums it up, my life exactly, I have 0 value to society if I am not earning and paying my tax.
This^
I despise all the welfare garbage we have in Germany. The fuck should I pay for the lazy gypsy scum?! Where's my free money? Damn liberal idiots...
You sound just like Trump when he said the olderly and the disabled were parasites to america.
Personally, it's like being in a never ending high school with the bullies being your boss.
Basically "soul crushing".
That means you spend 1/3 of your day at a place you hate and are told you need to accomplish more. You wonder where your life went wrong.
Some people have the idea that life will be better if they earn more. But then you find they just raise your taxes and you are expected to pay for more stuff so you are not really in any better shape anyways.
Well obviously it depends on the job, but with any job it's getting paid that's usually the best part.
And you have to do something to get paid (provided you are of working age), the famous statement "there is no such thing as a free lunch" says it all (doesn't apply say if a friend offers to give a treat once, but do you expect anyone to do such things happen forever, hell no)...
It's like belonging to your own little society of people. You become part of something, even if it's not the most exciting job ever.
