I've eaten elk, venison, alligator, and frog legs. I like them all, but am absolutely crazy about the fried alligator that is served at a local restaurant where I live. It is amazing!
I grew up eating venison in many different dishes as well. Tacos and spaghetti are two I remember very well.
I've had frog legs, they taste kinda like chicken. I love raw oysters, especially in shots of tequila with hot sauce and a squeeze of lime. Best shots ever😊
The weirdest food I tried(To me) is some sushi(Not sure the exact names for the ones I'm talking about). I like seafood, raw oysters, lox, etc. But it was just weird to me, I puked. The weirdest to other people? Probably dog, horse, insects, octopus, or casu marzu.
