What is wrong with my right eye?

Whenever I move my right eyeball upwards or to the left, it makes the right side of my forehead hurt really badly. I thought it was just a tight muscle in my neck, but it wasn't, as this has gone on for days. What is this?

    Please see a ophthalmologist. This is a Doctor who specializes in the eyes.

      But the thing is, only my right eye is affected and not my left. And when I don't look up or to my left with it, I'm fine.
