    It used to always be eraserhead but now it changes depending in the day, it's a mix up between that, david Lynch's inland empire ( the biggest mind fuck I've ever seen)

        I don't see it as pretentious as the talent is there to back it up, plus I found that especially with repeated viewings the story is there, rather than it being laid out like his more conventional films it challenges you to decipher it using metaphorical imagery and subtleties

        It's like maholland drive, the story is definitely there but it's up to you to decipher it, it's like a puzzle daring you to solve it

        Yeah, requiem for a dream and American history x are the two films I can honestly see being used to teach lessons
