1. I believe that there is a God
2. I believe that there is some sort of spirit or life force
3. I don't believe there is any God, life force or spirit

Not really any of them. I believe in the possibility* of there being some kind of higher power or intelligent designer but I won't jump on board and immediately assume there is or there isn't.
I don't know what those are or how they apply to religion but I will go ahead and answer you questions. There might be god but if we are in their image probably not what we imagine him/her as. Maybe just another more intelligent person or more advanced creature. Do I believe we have a spirit? The scientific theory of what a spirit seems reasonable so I believe that might be possible.
In order to answer that, I'd have to know how you define "life force" or "spirit". As for a belief in a god, I don't have one.
No god, no heaven, no hell. Why you should focus on what you do in life instead of some place no one has a clear definition of in death.
I believe in the latter day church of the flying spaghetti monster, does that count as God or a life force?
