As of right now it's being stuck living in my ghetto ass town for the rest of my life.

Wet markets

I thought about this for like a whole day before I came back. My biggest fear is silence, silence follows every horrific event that occurs, silence comes after a gunshot, silence greets you after a fight, silence is the worst and best thing and it's always there...
Spiders still scare the shit out of me though.

That my mother will die one day because I live with her. I know it will happen one day but I hope she still has many years in her left.

Parasitical worms in my brain.

Probably some media fueled panic stopping people from going outside and not having anyone to drink in front of 7-11 with.

Death

Losing a loved one going missing with no explanation or leads, particularly my daughter.

Also burning to death. I love fire and staring at it, but don't want to die by it.

I wake up and my penis is missing

Mine is literally drowning, heights, and my mom dying, Im also scared of how i die

PTSD haunting me till my death.

the thing that scares me the most is myself

Going to Hell. I despise the possibility of it.

Being eaten alive by shark would be pretty awful.

My parents dying is up on the list, but it's something inevitable, something I will have to accept at some point...

So my worst fear is being dirt poor. I am driven to make money so I can provide a good life for my future family and aging parents. Sure, cars and stuff is nice, I like buying things I like and don't necessarily need, but my desire to provide for my senior parents drives me to do more and strive for more. If I fail at that and can't help them, I would have failed as a son and I would have failed at life.

They say money can't buy happiness and while that may be somewhat true, money can buy good healthcare, money can buy medicine, quality food, everything a person needs to lead a good life.

If I could not provide that and even worse, have to ask my elderly parents for money, I would have no purpose and I would definitely end the nightmare called poverty permanently.

Probably sleep paralysis. So far that's the only thing that has scared the living shit out of me.

Bees, wasps, black n yellow flying things with stingers. I am allergic and found out recently when I got stung for the first time in 24 years.

Oh just typical things. But above all myself, hands down myself, I know me.

Oh dang, this is a deep question. It would take a while for me to describe perfectly my fear, but its something like this:

Imagine having your whole life erased. Not just dying, but all that work and love, lost. Its one thing to not succeed in life, but I imagine success being erased would hurt more. Sometimes I accept the idea of dying when my time comes, sometimes I don't. But I'll never make peace with the concept of losing all my effort and not having a chance to fix it.

Being covered in bugs especially centipedes. If someone put me through that I would probably murder them and plead something about trauma in court. I despise bugs. I guess jelly fish scare me a bit to.

Tornadoes, tsunamis, losing my mind, deep/frozen water

Shiiiiiit, I have to clean out my fucking eavestroughs. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck.

My fear is trypophobia
I know it sounds crazy but i'm incredibly fearful of holes and feel super grossed out. I am also scared of maggots which caused my fear so let me explain. I was in my kitchen and I was going to make some pecan pie and so I was grabbing the bag of pecans when I saw thousands of large maggots crawling through the pecans and there were thousands of holes in the pecan filling it was terrible youd think id have a hole of pecans but its the holes that haunt me.
