For the purpose of this poll, a troll is defined as :

A post that is either a story or state of being that is totally made up or flagrantly exaggerated, a perspective OP doesn't actually have posted to get a reaction, any other post with ill intentions that has no grounding in reality to the OP.

    Probably a lot, maybe even most, but I have personal "rules" about questions on here. If I think a question is about something serious- like sexual abuse, rape, psychological problems, anxiety, insecurity...I always, always, always treat it as a serious question, even if I suspect it's a troll coz on the off chance that someone need real advice or help, I would feel awful ignoring them, or belittling them just to call out a troll. I try to think of those questions as serious just in case. I would never want someone who is sad/anxious/suffering to feel ignored & not get real advice.

    Otherwise, it's fair game & fuck y'all poop munching troll cunts.

      Thats a good idea there mate. And I agree thay any post where a serious problem is presented should be taken seriously just in case. I mean whats the worst that could come from it?

      I've never posted a query, and I wouldn't troll if I did.

      I have occasionally gone to the dark side and trolled in response to things like religious bigotry, political idiocy, and general fucking stupidity.

You thought I had barely lived two decades when, in fact, I am less than a year away from living seven. Now, it is possible that I am an outlier for some reason. But better to get a more focused impression from you.

            Yeah I have posted a lot but in my defense, most of those were right when I started on here. Only 2 posts in the past couple of weeks actually. I had a bunch of ideas for posts when I first found out about this site (funny trolls, actual honest questions, and offensive trolls) but by now I am kinda out of ideas lol. So I guess I'll confess I have posted too much in the past. There. You happy?

              I don't care how many responses someone has, hell I respond a lot, but making up questions diminishes the site and I really don't see the point in it. I'd say at least 75% of the questions here are made up.

    I'm my opinion about 65 percent are trolls and about 70 percent need or are getting psychological help. About 15 percent are only here for the comedic gold this place offers, and the rest are just passing through.

    I think it's 20-30%, more or less. It fluctuates between days. Sometimes a certain type of troll post will seem to inspire others, either that or it's the same person.

    I’d say 71-85% if I were to guess. Some posts do seem legit but so many are so made up it’s like either really shitty troll skills or fucking retarded. I’m not really into trolling and find any good out of it but trollers will troll. I sometimes wonder if any post is truly real but whatever I’ll comment like it is anyways.

          Yeah there has been a few posts of mine that people dismissed as trolls when they weren't and others have said the same. Humans are pretty damn weird and I think iin would benefit if more poeple responded seriously to things the suspected were trolls.

    To me, trolling is a real person, asking fake questions, about fake situations, generally to incite anger, laughter, or simply to waste other people's time.
    Oftentimes, I notice that regular commenters, get derailed, and "off the subject" and start bickering amongst themselves, I'm SURE ... to the delight of the Trolls.

    Trolls are similar to arsonists ..... they "light a match" and sit back and watch the chaos.
