What rules would you set for a voluntary street fight?
It's about grabbing each other by the nose when dirty tricks or deliberately dangerous manoeuvres are played out that exceed the level of injury of a normal or slightly-more-severe assault.
Furthermore, it would be conceivable to determine when an injury must be acknowledged by the respective side in any case and, in the necessary case, to stop and contact the emergency doctor, for example.
This does not make up for it. Violence is violence. However, this is an attempt to secure the matter through an agreement, perhaps even pseudo-legal, but in any case in the sense of honour.
Dirty tricks are actually already part of almost every fight outside of a club, however, the damage should be minimised somewhat by this. The opponent should be able to be demolished, but there should not be an "accidental" death or someone landing on the machine.
It immediately occurred to me that it might make sense to introduce something like Safer Fight, as in cage fighting etc., so that, as with Safer Use (drugs), attention is paid to a certain setting. In street fighting, many things are allowed, if not everything, but to restrict that a little bit in order not to run the risk of becoming a murderer, I find quite attractive.
What do you think?
Personally, I would find a few simple rules appealing for the sake of honour.
I have a fight coming up. He provoked me all the time, so I challenged him. He accepted. He's a much bigger asshole than I could ever be, but since he's blind, I'll back off a bit myself. I'm going to make sure we have a safe environment where no one fires us up to get into a blood frenzy (I get in there very easily). There are a few points I want to and will keep in mind. I am preparing a document that could protect us both from being reported and at the same time ensure that we are covered in case of an emergency. That's the plan.

Where no fights occur, no rules are needed anyway. | 1 |
