Agreed. Numbers can be important, but if your body wants to only drink 2% reduced fat milk and is healthy doing so, then that's what you should do.

Of course, being 600 lbs at 70% bodyfat has never been healthy, and should not be normalized.

An average female who is 5ft 4in should weigh at least 108 - 132 lbs.

Somewhere between 114, and 154 lbs depending on bone structure, and muscle mass.

I agree with olderdude, many different factors involved.

Age is also a big factor, I would say for a 5'4" female 54kg (120) to 64kg (140) the younger you are the closer to the lower side. After having children and getting close to 40 or 50 years old the higher side may still be very appropriate and still look good.

More importantly is the health if you're active and how you feel.

    Scale weight is irrelevant.
A pound of fat, around of muscle, a pound of bone mass,,,,it's a pound, Go by measurements and appearance, not weight,

From 45 kg to 67kg is an okay weight for a 5'4 adult female.

It depends on a lot of factors well beyond just height.

What is your natural body build?

What kind of physical shape do you want to be? Example: a well developed body builder will weigh more than any number of extremely well conditioned athletes with the same body build.

I think anything over 120 is a little chubby.
