What's going on?

A few months back I nearly lost almost a stone with weight watchers and gym 2-3 times a week but I had to stop weight watchers as its too expensive to upkeep. But I've tried to continue to eat well and now doing gym 3-5 times a week. But that stone has gone back on!!! I'm deverstated

No it is not normal for you to lose weight just to gain it back again. Your body obviousily felt it was being starved and denied.

Try going plant-based. Trust me you can eat all the wholesome good foods you want and stay full and satisfied. No calorie counting, no binging, no weight fluctuations, no crazy cravings. Look up Freelee the banana girl on youtube. Cut out meat and dairy and you will never worry about weight! Because What's going on is part of their song lyrics :)

My weight always fluctuates a few pounds and it's really annoying. But I know what I'm doing wrong. I can imagine you're pretty upset to have gained all that back. I know sometimes that when you lose some fat and gain some muscle, the number on the scale can be misleading since muscle weighs more than fat. Just keep at it and don't give up.

Weight fluctuation and muscle gain could definitely explain it. However, if you were seriously undereating or frequently skipping meals when you were on weight watchers, the starvation thing could be right.

The internet is such a marvelous tool. Why don't you try using it and going to some sites on health and weight loss, instead of this place?
