What's the best way to respond to disgusting posts?

You all know the ones I'm talking about. Sickos that post stuff for shock value. I just don't respond.

Call them out 2
Report them 3

    I both ignore them and report them. The absolute best thing to do is just not interact with the post but still report it so the moderators can take it down.

    I ignore them most of the time. It's just not worth my time to respond and they enjoy the attention.
