What's the most exotic meat you've ever tasted?

I want to try alligator. I suppose I've tried crickets if that counts as a meat (they were processed, and came seasoned.) What have you tried that's exotic and what would you like to try?

      I've also had alligator, but never rattlesnake! Or any snake, lol. What did it taste like? How was it prepared? And where did you get it from? I'm so curious!
