People with significant ED cannot get it up enough to even have sexual intercourse. Not even with the ED drugs.
People with premature ejaculation can often maintain enough of an erection to continue to give pleasure, and even induce orgasms in some women, to the other partner.
I'm now really interested in who thinks PE is worse and why. I guess you could avoid the embarrassment of PE if you're upfront about your ED, but... erections are just kinda nice to have even when you're not having sex.

Well if you didn’t really like him it was not going to work anyways. I think the problem is when the woman really really likes the guy but he has ED or PE or a small dick or whatever. My GF and I worked together and got to really like each other before we got together. When we finally got it on sexually I was not what she would normally go for and not just because of my PE. Sex is very important to her, but we were already very close by then.
I would say PE because I'm a woman. I'd rather it doesn't rise at all than it rises but not long enough for me to get some real pleasure.

I suffer from premature ejaculation and if you have it bad (I cum in seconds when I have penetrative sex) it is in some ways similar to not being able to get it hard insomuch as I can’t fuck my GF. The problem with ejac-u-stalls is that it also numbs the woman too. So she would never get off. I would rather come fast and then just keep going for rounds two and three.
Bro you're doing it wrong. You have to wash your dick off before sex. Then she wont have any effect of it. And more importantly don't over use it. I used to have PE when i was in my teenage years so i used spray and it helped. But now i don't need it.
Thanks for the suggestion. However, there is nothing I have not tried. Nothing worked to a great extent. It’s fine though, because like I said……. I’m sexually submissive and it goes well with that. My advice to men who have PE is not to mope about it. Learn to use your mouth, hands and toys.
