What's wrong with american ppl's teeth

Everybody says shit about the English people's teeth but American(real Americans not those fake smile ones with veneers) don't have any better teeth. They'll be all pretty until they smile. What's up with that?

    I dunno I think I disagree.
I think Americans tend to have some of the better teeth. They’re pretty religious about going through the braces stage and taking care of wisdom teeth early/on-time

Soda and meth is beating some American teeths’ ass though. And I believe teeth are 80% based on luck, 19% based on wealth.
I did braces as a teen and was lucky with my dental health. But I have full veneers now just for the cosmetic puff.

I feel real bad for people dealt a bad hand. There are some real lovely folk who have dental insecurities. Can’t imagine the emotional damage that comes with being unhappy with your smile, that seems extra sad to me

I can not wait to get an implant or bridge. Then they can finally remove the invisline brace that always hits my tounge when it rests. My tounge has an underside callus because of it and it's annoying. Need to get on a decent dental plan and have some $$ before that though. So I have to weigh the risk of having my upper tooth encroach on the missing lower tooth.

I hear ya on the cost, my wife is an oral surgeon so she does implants and corrective jaw work
It’s horribly expensive for something so detrimental

Before I had my veneer work done I had one of those tray false tooth thingies that just pop in and out like a retainer because I had one missing. Wasn’t allowed to have it at all when I was locked up so I had to go with a gap. Stupidly enough that was probably one of the things that fucked with me the most cause I would worry about the gap everytime I spoke

Wish you luck with getting everything in order, know it’s a pain

Dental costs money, we put fluorine in our water to cut down on cavities, some people just dont brush their teeth.

There are a ton of reasons why peoples teeth a jacked up. Though most often it's just genetics without corrective braces.

I need an invisline brace to keep the bottom teeth from filling in a empty gap of a molar (missing adult tooth/crap genetics). I could get a fake tooth but that's cost prohibitive for me currently, I can always get it fixed though.

They often aren’t pretty before they smile either...fast food industry sure is booming there.

I wouldnt want to get them. Look at steve-os they look too big and unnaturally white. I just use whitening strips and try to floss daily.

Whiting strips are bad for your enamel. But good on you for flossing, flossing is a bitch because of my invisline brace. Sure they give me the tool to tread the floss but it's still time consuming. I just floss when I get stuff lodged in.

Its only bad if you do it too much and too long. I do them everyday for 30 minutes for 2 weeks maybe once or twice year. Id say eating sugar is worse for your enamel than doing them twice a year. My dentist told me to get the crest kind.

I dont eat that much sugar. I'm a food = food type of guy. So sugary snacks arent as filling as meaty or more protein packed foods so I just stay away from less filling snacks in general for more hearty meals.
