All time favorite song; "For What it's Worth" by the Buffalo Springfield.
I have quite a few, but one I will never get sick of, is Dream on by Aerosmith. :)
MGMT - electric feel.
Just one of those wired songs that kicks you in your soul, lol
I agree there are just so many to pick all time fav at this time I really like - Zac Brown Band -Keep Me In Mind, or Pretty much anything from Luke Bryan.
I'm listing to Tool at the moment. Disposition.
I don't really have one particular 'favorite' anything. I like so much music, it's impossible to choose.
Obscured by clouds by Pink Floyd keeps popping into my head.

Sorry, I broke the rules; it's an instrumental, not a song.
My all time favourite song... Anastacia - Left Outside Alone
My current favourite for the past ten years... Static X - Push It
My new age favourite... Bobaflex - I'm Glad You're Dead
My favourite to play on guitar... Canon Rock and/or Sultans Of Swing
I don't have a particular all time favourite nor a current one. My musical taste is very broaden, I love music from all era's and genre's and classics. But, since your asking, I'll give you a few that go on my mind:
Philip George - Wish you were mine
Luke Dumont - Won't look back
Dizzee Rascal & Armand Van Helden - Bonkers
George Baker - Little Green Bag
Dion and the Belmonts - I wonder why
Skillet - Whispers in the dark
I don't have a favorite, but there are a few that readily come to mind because I frequently sing them to myself when I'm driving. Janis joplin's rendition of Bobby McGee, Hank William's "Jambalaya", and John Newton's "Amazing Grace". John Newton was captain of a slave ship on the Middle Passage. After seeing first hand the horrors of the slave trade, he gave up his ship, went back to England, to theological school and became a preacher. He wrote this song to express his feelings about God's love for sinners, and spent the rest of his life preaching the Good News!
Ill give you three (one will never be enough).
Faust Arp AKA wakey wakey eggs and bekky - Radiohead
Wouldn't it be nice - beach boys
Catholic Pagens - surfer blood
Currently, it's "Snow Be A Comin'" by JP Cooper. That man could sing the alphabet and I'd replay the shit out of it.
But I feel like I should give some credit to Marian Hill right now, considering I've replayed all her songs excessively by now.
I like such threads, last time someone posted a band that I liked instantly
since you asked two different things:
all time (since a kid): Dance of Death by Iron Maiden
moment: I'm Your Villain by Franz Ferdinand
My favorite song of all time is Taste Of Ink by The Used. The song brings back thoughts of wonderful, happy times.

It changes but right now, the glow by the microphones, I won't link it though because its an 11 min song that's all about being listened to in the context of the whole album
