    I believe so. Think muenster is the American version. Although I'm not an expert on that. It's got a tougher crust and soft inside. Kind of sweet. You're making me want some now.

    It has that triple cream cow milk unctuousness and mouth feel. But the taste is similar to St. Andre or Camembert with a little extra funk. The color makes it wild, it looks like it should be covered in nuts and infused with bad port.

Ugh. I've never understood why people like cheese. I'll eat a bit of cheddar but that's about it. It just...is not nice? It's ok melted I guess.
