What should i say to my teacher?
(First of all my older sister also uses this account, so nobody's trolling lol)
Okay so, this is a little bit of an awkward story, but I really need advice from someone I don't know...
So, as a backstory, my dad left when I was just 3, and then when i was 12 my 10-years older older brother left too. I'm 18 now and haven't heard from/cant call him. I was very lonely and had no male role models in my life for quite a while.
Then when i was a sophomore I met one of my teachers, who is 12 years older than me and so relatively close to his age. We became very close in a friendly sort of way, and I began to look up to him like he was my older brother. The problem is now that I'm graduated, I can't exactly talk to him anymore. At some point I plan to visit my younger friends at the high school and want to talk to him, but every other time i've tried to tell him that I'll miss him or that I'm scared to lose him I get scared and stop before I say it...
I'm sorry for writing a novel here and i hope I made sense, I don't want to lose him as my friend because it will be like losing my brother twice, but I don't know what to do or say...
What do I do?
