    Coworker's don't matter especially fake negative coworkers. I've seen coworkers quite without any explanation or get fired all the time. People come and go all the time at work.

    Don't worry about other coworkers or company we are disposable garbage to them.

    Think about your goals and family instead.

    Both. If your faces puts that ultimatum on you then they aren't really your friend. Follow the paycheck. It doesbt matter who you hang with outside of work so ths company wong care unless that person is suing then you'll be a conflict of interest if that's the case look for a new job. That happend to my friend
