Here in the US, the school year system works like this:
Preschool: Ages 3-5
Elementary School: ages 5-11 (1st-5th Grade. Some are grades 1st-4th)
Middle School: ages 11-14 (6th-8th grade. Some are grades 5th-8th)
High School: ages 14-18 (9th-12th grade. Some are 7th-12th or even K-12th).
and
College: ages 18-20 (2 yr colleges) or ages 18-22 (4 yr colleges).

Most of my school years sucked. Even when I was getting great grades I was still treated like shit. So didn't make me feel like a winner. The other years I was being picked on or getting my in fights and the school tried to get rid of me on multiple occasions. However I would say the peak and enjoyment was my 10th year. Towards the end I just didn't give a fuck and just wanted to leave. I got my diploma and after that went back to shit. So overall have to say school sucks. Most of it was a complete waste of time and most of it just an escape to leave the house a few hours and not drive my parents up the wall. Getting some type of exercise and away from my screaming parents. They did try putting me in a home and wanted to remove me from my parents. Though at the time I did not realize what that really was.
7th Grade Year. That's where I met my best friend for life, Vicky-toria. We may not talk on a regular basis but whenever we see each other, it's like not a day passed. Our friendship is truly a treasure to me and I know that she feels the same way. I'd take bullets for her.
12th Grade Year is next. My senior year in High School. I was always a trouble-maker, always. I don't know what happened but my Senior year, I came back to school a completely different person. Didn't get in trouble once, made honor roll, the whole 9 yards. I didn't have to force myself not to yell at anyone, I didn't have to resist temptation to fuck up...
Middle school is like a jungle.
Cute innocent fifth graders are pushed into an abyss of darkness, and despair filled with all kinds of cray.
I used to know this kid who was outgoing in elementary school, come 6th grade year, this boy was straight up gangster (bandanna and all)
I don't know... something happens in middle school that changes people from being cool to being dicks. (maybe something in the water)
High school was a little better since the freshman had their own building. It still sucked to be around sheep.
I like college better... 10 am classes ftw, woot woot.
I'm from England so it would be year 10 and 11 the last 2 years of high school. i hated middle school but really loved high school
elementary school was fun and carefree
start of highschool for 2 - 3 years was freakin horrible
HORRIBLE
grade 10 meet better friends
grade 11 improved myself, went to alot of dates
grade 12 improving myself mentally and skillfully in picking up girls, talking to strangers, becoming an amazing artist. Talking to alot of new people made even more friends and having fun.
highschool really changed my life and the way I think now. Im ganna leave highschool in 2 or 3 months and Im ganna be out on the world!
Its ganna be scary and exciting!
College- it's so intellectually stimulating, new, exciting people, you make your own schedule, and you get to be around other people who have the same interest as you!
7th through 9th grade were some of my best and worst years in school. They were the best because of the friends I made and a certain girl who was very special to me at the time. They were the worst when the girl moved and left me. I was always getting in trouble and not making good grades as well.
College was much better than any grade school though. SO much more freedom in college :)

Well mine was form 3. That would be grade 10 I think, Like dinz I don't know how this grade thing works as well.
I don't even know how this grade thing works.
But I would say middle high school year. I enjoyed that particular year because I finally felt settled in high school. When I say settle it is the academic area because I had no idea on what I wanted to do until a wonderful teacher who really saw my potential to do something.
