I was that weird kid who like to draw and hung out with the kids who liked dark poetry, scary movies, had a dark humour or the the kids who cut themselves. I also loved to draw. I was also the school therapist for all the Mental kids even know according to the files I should be in the mental institute. Most years in school I was getting bullied and picked on and I was very quiet and weird. I was sent to the office constantly for fighting or some morbid poem I wrote. I was also extremely morbid and always had a sadistic sense of humour. I was usually very friendly but tend to be very serious. I was considered funny but more in a sarcastic way. I had no friends really till towards graduation.
I'm so lucky I go to my school. My class is literally amazing. Almost everyone loves almost everyone else. We're the total opposite of a stereotypical high school class, and we know it. Everyone of course has their little group of closer friend, but no matter what, there is always someone there for anyone who needs it, and nobody ever has to feel left out. We're good people.
I was kind of the same. I knew all the popular kids but didn't hang around them a lot, all they ever talked about was alcohol, drugs and sex. I pretty much hung out with all the groups, but the nerds and geeks were more interesting to talk with. I never bullied or picked on the unpopular kids, that's just distasteful. I used to say hello if I knew them though.
People talked all sorts of shit about me when i went to school, never to my face though. Didnt have many friends, girls were afraid of me, popular kids couldnt stop staring at me or trying to make witty comments, and almost all the staff hated me (except for the art teachers) but honestly i had an incredible amount of fun.
I was the kind of person to sit alone at lunch, Read at the library all day, the shy one, the kind of girl that no one wanted to talk to, the geek, unpopular kind of girl .-.
Loner, stoner, outcast, artist, pervert, freak, hot chick. Everyone at school knew me because I was weird. No close friends. Not really popular.
Got on great with my classmates/peers. Teachers hated my guts,,, got expelled.
as of now?
the crazy stoner girl that draws stoner pictures in class and gets in trouble alot. but manages to get B's and C's. i guess im popular, some people think im too crazy and need help and blahblahhhh, those are mostly the boring people lol. and theres this one bitch that calls me emo/bisexual/fag/slut/whore etc and tell me to "HANG URSULF U DRTY HORE!!1!1!!!!11"
Is there such a thing as being in a group of nerdy musicians( so, unpopular to everyone else) but popular in that group of friends?
I'm a Generation Xer so that would make me an eighties girl; a New Wave eighties girl.
I was bullied in middle school but by the end of high school I was actually pretty popular. I miss those days
I was a "blueberry" which was what they called JROTC cadets. I was generally the nerd/geek/weirdo.
I have no idea. But I would say I was an all rounder dude who got on with most of my fellow peers.
A factor that I believe played a part was school uniforms. Such divisions are aren't as pronounced as in schools in the United States I guess.
