What would be a good name to rename the continent of south america?

To make everyone happy, I decided that South America should be renamed so people in the Americas wouldn't have to argue about who is American and who isn't. Which name do you find most suitable?

Jaguaria (Latin for "Land of the Jaguars") 2
Favonia (Latin for "Land of the Southwest") 1
Amazonia (after the Amazon Rainforest) 3
Livonia (Greek for "Land of the Southwest") 1
Papagaia (Latin for "Land of the Parrots") 0
Pindorama (Tupi for "Land of the Palms") 0
Hespifina (Holandes, ESpaƱol, Portugues, Italiano, Frances, Ingles, Nativo, Africano) 0
Ophiussa (Greek for "Land of the Snakes") 0
Luspania (portmanteau of Lusitania and Hispania) 0
Vesperia (Latin for "Land of the evening/star) 1

Too simple! That's the kind of answers someone gives when they don't want to give it too much thought.

It's also the answer some give when referring to genitals so it seemed appropriate.

I have experienced that on discord before I've told them I was from America and some smartass british dude insisted that ppl from the United States want to steal the name America. He questioned my education when I called myself American.

You get the same answer from me no matter how many times someone asks me the exact same question.

Do think its normal to have different answers to the exact same question?

    South america.

You can tell the difference when they start either speaking spanish or Portuguese.

Yes, but obviously they can't tell the difference when you say you're American if you're from the United States. They get offended and insist they're American too because the continents have the word 'America' in their names. The idea is to get rid of the confusion.

        United states... of america.

People of other countries are named as such.

Until theres another union of states in america then you can have the conversation.

And that's why I think the United States of America should be renamed. If Constantinople could be renamed Istanbul; Rhodesia can be renamed Zimbabwe; and Siam can be renamed Thailand, this is possible, too.
