What would be a good reason to sue management at a restaurant

I’m about to reach my boiling point at the restaurant I work at tbh with the racist rotten individuals I work for. Even a couple regulars have picked up on certain things. I’m not saying I’m going to sue, I just want to know what are good reasons to sue. So please do not misinterpret what I am saying as this is hypothetical
