      Auctully it is leagle its the self defense law however it only applys in certien states in the USA its called the " reasonable threat " if you feel like your life is put in danger you are allowed to kill as long as you can prove you fealt threatened . Yes thier is a law and if you kill someone who is attacking your or you think is about to attack your child same applys .

    Uhm, this is complicated.

    I sleep nude, and with my girlfriend. So if yet another girl(or a boy) comes in, nude, i'd probably believe it's a "present" for me and start making out with her(him), fully expecting it to turn into a threesome(only if female) IF my partner wakes up.

    I feel like this answer would be much different for a girl. For example, if a naked guy walks into a girls room while she is sleeping and alone, this rarely is going to turn out well.

    On the other hand, if I am in bed and a naked chick walks into my room, there isn't that "rapey" vibe going on there. I'd start by saying hi and seeing if they needed anything. As long as there isn't something terribly wrong (as they did just wander in naked) then the next step is to invite them to have a lie down and see where that goes!
