What would you guys say about gut instinct ?

I’ve only ever felt like this twice, the first time my gut was right, but is gut instinct always right ? Or more wrong ? Or more right than wrong ? I think it may apply to women more! But I just wondered if you had any experiences and was your gut always right ? Can it be trusted ??

    I learned to follow my gut instinct. The times I didn't led me down the wrong path.

    I mean. Idk. Gut instinct is just how you feel at first really. You can always look up to see if there is scientific research on it. Probably is.

    I kinda think gut instinct is a lot like intuition. I wish I could listen to my instincts and intuition more often.

    I think you should always trust your instincts because if you have a feeling something is gonna happen it most likely will because you don't get those feelings for no reason right? I just think of it as a sign that you should make the right choice about things. I always have instincts and they always have been right, just don't overthink it and be wise with your decisions.
