can't pick just one. I love onions, sweet potatoes, zucchini, carrots, celery, cucumbers, lots more. Good stuff
Actually it's anything with seeds are fruit. Pumpkin or any sorta squash is a fruit too.
Yes, I forgot. It's a simple mistake since most stores automatically groups tomatoes with other vegetables. After awhile, despite the truth, it starts to become ingrained in the mind.
I love potatoes and I love onions the most out of all the options available.
i'd say tomatoes, cucumbers, or zucchini, but they're all fruits... so potato
I like string beans. When I was little, I used to pick them out of our garden, and then just sit there in the dirt eating them. :p I remember one day my parents caught me and told me to stop doing it, and that if I wanted to eat them, to at least wash them off first. I still went behind there back and did it all the time though.
From your list, probably onions. It's hard to choose only one. Potatoes are nice too.
Sea vegetables are nice also, like Wakame and Dulse.
I love all sorts of veggies.
But I'll pick Potato and Asparagus.

Potatoes! There's just so many different ways to prepare them, you could never get bored! :3
From your list, I think I'd choose cabbage and bok choy. And then next, I'd choose potatoes. That's sad. I figured I should choose something that I enjoy in various forms and cabbage / bok choy, and potatoes are the only ones really.
I don't particularly like raw spinach, broccoli, or carrots but I love them when they're cooked until they're really soft.
I don't like beets, cucumbers, pumpkin, or zucchini, but I'll eat them.
I love raw tomatoes, but I hate cooked / sundried / roasted ones.
Turnips are kind of flavorless to me.
I love sauteed / grilled onions, but I hate raw ones.
I've only had squash pureed, in baby food (gerber / beech nut brands) and soup.
I like eggplant and lettuce.
Tl;dr: I think my favorite vegetable is asparagus :}.
Potato for me. Mashed, fried, crisped, you name it.
Next option is butternut squash. Very good!
Despite having a secret love affair with onions, nothing on this planet will ever replace my adoration for the humble spud.
Onions because they make other things tastier.
Zucchini, potatoes and tomatoes would be next on my list though.
