Oh does it now. Aren't you quite the assoholic, nothing wrong with "emo". "Emo" for the win!
That would be the first time an emo won something. I thought that was the whole idea they lose at everything so they have got something to cry about.
Where did you get that from? I have one word for you generalisation! Emo is short for
emotional and everyone
can be emotional, my point is there is no standard behavior that explains emos so for you to say they lose at everything so that's why they're crying is very wrong, they're emo because of so many reasons they don't walk around calling themselves emos it's people who tend to label them as that, besides the whole emo term died out a couple of years ago because people are opposed to labeling, labeling is for soup cans. There is a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to the whole emo thing. It should be revived because viva Emo!
They used to be called Goth's now there called emo's. They are people who are born with no personality so they dress up in black and starve themselves so there really skinny. 1. for attention and 2. so they can identify with other people born with no personality.
They make up bullshit story's about being abused and being drug addicts when there really just prissy little fag's that have grown up in lovey dovey family's.

The Russian national anthem. Brings a tear to my eye every time. I have to throw a dozen or so Molotov cocktails to feel manly again.
"Asleep" by The Smiths. It doesn't make me cry necessarily, but I become very depressed when listening to it because it just reminds so much about the time I was suicidal and of all the sadness that I felt in that moment.
Really? Because everything Morrissey writes makes me lol, he is Englands best poet/troll.
Aww, I love the Smiths. I think the saddest Smiths' song for me might be Suffer Little Children, because of what it's about. That song has made me cry before; although a few songs have. Music is one of the few things that actually makes me cry.
What about movies? Have you seen the Perks of Being a Wallflower? I started tearing up at the end. It's one of the few movies that's actually got me to shed a tear.
Yeah, movies get me too. Same with literature. God, I must sound like I cry all the time!:P I'm really not that bad.
And, nah, I haven't seen it, although it's my best friend's favourite film and she seems to like it a lot. It doesn't really look like something I'd like; seems like one of those poncey films which try to be good and "indie" or whatever. Although I haven't even seen it, so what do I know!:P
I could totally see how it comes off as one of those artsy indie films, but it's actually not bad. But if you don't want to say I ain't going to hold it against you.
When it comes to literature, I honestly can't say I've cried reading anything. English teachers sort of ruined my love of books. I recently read the Sorrows of Young Werther and honestly didn't cry. I feel sad for characters and I like some characters, but I really can't say that I've read a book that made me cry or tear up.
Artsy! That's just the word I was looking for!:) I should probably give it a watch before I be all judgmental, it's pretty pretentious of me. I actually love stuff like that as well, it's just that this one seems fake.
Aww, I thought English teachers were supposed to do the opposite!:P I have to get swept away by a book for it to get to me, and sometimes books which everyone else finds brilliant or really sad don't do much for me. I'm not sure what your English teacher has done, but I'm sure there's a book out there that will change your mind.:)
If so then I feel like perhaps you and I could become good friends. Although, I'm not depressed anymore.
Somewhere over the rainbow (Hawaiian version)
It reminds me of my director or principal of my school. She passed away and my family is very close.
Now my recommendation. Does it have to be a song? Music can break your heart even more :P Music can be more heartbreaking cause its like speaking to you about things cannot be said, and only you can feel them. I guess most people here would find this rather sentimental but this one really breaks my heart.
WARNING: If you don't appreciate music don't try it

This is like the most depressing thread ever! lol Listened to some of the songs people mentioned and now feel like shit! ;(
I have never heard a song that makes me cry. Possibly because my emotions aren't effected by music like most people. Does have many advantages though. Doing my 7th grade homework will be fun with listning to music at the beging of school. Still hate the crap though. Whoever invented homwork should be shunned.
Dear Agony by Breaking Benjamin. It's so sad and when I listen to it it reminds me of the struggles of depression.

一番の宝物 (Ichiban no Takaramono / "My Most Precious Treasure")
It's such an emotional song, LiSA even cries when she sings it.
The one that plays in those ASPCA commercials. It's been used in 9/11 and Newtown tributes as well...so sad :(
it doesn't make me cry as such, but "how to disappear completely" by radiohead deeply and profoundly depresses the shit out of me.
It's a beautiful song, but I can't listen to it because it makes me feel like committing suicide.
Love Hate Love-Alice in chains
Seize the Day-A7X
Look what you've done-Jet
Better Than Me-Hinder
All give your tear-ducts a workout.
All these songs may not make cry but may make you go emotional. Feel the music, lyrics, singing. > "Goodbye my lover" by James Blunt, "Always" by Jon Bon Jovi, "Burden" by Opeth, "One of the brightest stars" by James Blunt
that one song that they play to the backround of those animal abuse commercials
gets me everytime
Just the thought of that song and all those poor sweet animals gets me misty. The song is called:
Angel by Sarah Mclachlan
In the arms of the angel
Fly away from here
From this dark cold hotel room
And the endlessness that you fear
You are pulled from the wreckage
Of your silent reverie
You're in the arms of the angel
May you find some comfort here
So tired of the straight line
And everywhere you turn
There's vultures and thieves at your back
And the storm keeps on twisting
You keep on building the lie
That you make up for all that you lack
It don't make no difference
Escaping one last time
It's easier to believe in this sweet madness oh
This glorious sadness that brings me to my knees
In the arms of the angel
Fly away from here
From this dark cold hotel room
And the endlessness that you fear
You are pulled from the wreckage
Of your silent reverie
You're in the arms of the angel
May you find some comfort here
You're in the arms of the angel
May you find some comfort here
The original version.
In the ass of the angel
Fuck away from here
From this dark cold hole room
And the anuses that you fear
You are pulled from the wang
Of your slimey reverie
You're in the ass of the angel
May you find some cum in here
So tired of the straight cock
And everywhere you jizz
There's vultures and thieves up your ass
And the cock keeps on twisting
You keep on building the orgasm
That you jack off for all that you lack
It don't make no dildos
cumming one last time
It's easier to believe in this sweet cock oh
This glorious semen that brings me to my knees
I go crazy... You know when I look in your eyes. I still go crazy
Deep down inside... Ooh oh baby you know when I look in your eyes
Heard it Rosie? I don't know the title though, poot
Nothing sounds as good as "i remember that"
Like a bolt out from the blue, did you feel it too ?
- I remember that
Name me one little thing, you'll be wanting to keep
As you give up the ghost as you sink into sleep
Maybe her face in the morning, maybe his in the evening
Maybe words never spoken, aren't they the ones worth hearin' ?
Say I remember that
Nothing sounds as good as "i remember that"
Like a bolt out from the blue, did you feel it too ?
- I remember that
Nothing sounds as good as "i remember that"
Like a bolt out from the blue, did you feel it too ?
- I remember that
'cos that's all we can have, yes it's all we can trust
It's a hell of a ride but a journey to dust
And there's nothing pathetic listing clothes she'd wear
If it proves that I had you, if it proves I was there
Say I remember that
Nothing sounds as good as "i remember that"
Like a bolt out from the blue, did you feel it too ?
- I remember that
Nothing sounds as good as "i remember that"
Like a bolt out from the blue, did you feel it too ?
- I remember that
Did you feel it too ? ... I remember that
Did you feel it too ? ... I remember that...
"Always On Your Side" by Sheryl Crow and Sting. I was first introduced to the song through a touching animated music video someone made about a child outgrowing their imaginary friends. (It used to be on Youtube but got taken down, and I've never been able to find it again.)
Kite- by copeland
Damn this song is depressing but beautiful at the same time. Doesn't make me cry just sad.I guess i dont mind sad songs time to time.
Conversations With My 13 Year Old Self - P!nk, it makes me cry because she wants to let the old her know that everything's going to be ok and that she doesn't have to do bad things to herself and I'm not 13 but I wish I had someone to tell me those things and that I could believe them

Did you even watch the video? It's about her father who cared for her and she turned her back on him as she became a big star. Then he died and she realized what she did.
Sure she's rich, but she deserves it because she's a genuinely talented singer.
The reefer song by mindless drug hoover *a single tear rolls down my cheek*
The Ballad of Dwight Fry by Alice Cooper or Talk Show Host by Radiohead.
Melvins did a cover of "The Ballad of Dwight Fry" that makes poop all over the original, even alice cooper loves it.
So I guess I love that song toooooooooooooo.
Pluck, pine, pog, prickle, put/goop
good choice, I also liked 'no alarms' and that robot song can't remember the name of it, off the same album.
The song is called "Fitter Happier" off Radiohead's OK Computer CD
In an interview with Guitar World magazine, (Thom)Yorke described the song as a checklist of slogans for the '90s, which he called "the most upsetting thing I've ever written."
Fitter, happier,
more productive,
comfortable, not drinking too much
Regular exercise at the gym, 3 days a week
Getting on better
with your associate employee contemporaries at ease
Eating well,
no more microwave dinners and saturated fats
A patient better driver, a safer car,
baby smiling in back seat
Sleeping well, no bad dreams, no paranoia
Careful to all animals,
never washing spiders down the plughole
Keep in contact with old friends, enjoy a drink now and then
Will frequently check credit at moral bank, hole in wall
Favors for favors, fond but not in love
Charity standing orders
on sundays ring road supermarket
No killing moths or putting boiling water on the ants
Car wash, also on sundays,
no longer afraid
of the dark or midday shadows
Nothing so ridiculously teenage
and desperate nothing so childish
At a better pace,
slower and more calculated, no chance of escape
Now self-employed, concerned, but powerless
An empowered and informed member of society,
pragmatism not idealism
Will not cry in public,
less chance of illness,
tires that grip in the wet
Shot of baby strapped in back seat,
a good memory still cries at a good film
Still kisses with saliva,
no longer empty and frantic like a cat tied to a stick
That's driven into frozen winter shit,
the ability to laugh at weakness
Calm fitter, healthier
and more productive a pig in a cage on antibiotics
I love Obama
robot drones kill kids
bananas are high in calories
drinking from plastic bottles gives you cancer
I party every night
I have chlamydia, it's symptomless
no more flushing food down the toilet
I have commanded armies and conquered worlds
muslims are evil
throat fucking is personal choice
I am going take a photo, play a game, tell her how much I hate her, go shopping on my phone
shot of wife sucking best friends cock
illegally download Game of Thrones
masterbate, cry, The Breakfast Club,
vodka is pure
Sarah Palin is a cunt
Extrovert
bubbly
outgoing
superior
shallow
no substance
I love you Counterfiet.Circus
I love radiohead. Street spirit (fade out), all i need, reckoner, and let's not forget idioteque.

There's a long sad story for this song ): but it all gets better though.
