I live alone at the moment so when I take a dump if it feels good I often make a lot of noise and vocalisations such as:
- Yeah!
- Ugghhh!
- ooohhh
- nuaraah
- errrrrrrrrrah!
Sometimes it seems almost involuntary, like an orgasm.
Is it Normal?
That is the question!
Unless it hurts and is being stubborn, like with what I had yesterday, I'm not going make any vocal noises. Yesterday, I painfully moaned.
It sucks when it's painful. I find squatting helps with that. As human beings we have evolved for 125,000 years or more always squatting to poo.
It's only in the last 100 years or so we have sat on toilets. There are a lot of health benefits to squatting. Such as better elimination, a better anorectal angle which leads to less straining during defecation.
I keep trying to convince my mother about the benefits of squatting. I've tried stools and boxes but, they're always too tall. My legs are long and it practically puts me in the toliet. There's a squatting device that you can attach to the sides of your toliet, that I would love to get. I just hope that it's adjustable.

You might want to get rid of this habit, in case that, y'know, you might get a partner or something. Would be awkward as fuck. :P
