When i turn the radio off it has finish on a positive note iin?

When I turn the radio off it has to finish on a positive sounding note.

i.e. not a news report of more attacks or wars etc, or even a negative sounding sentence or word

If it doesn't finish that way, I have to turn the radio back on and wait for a positive sounding sentence to finish on.

Is it normal?
