I'm pro-thinking that other peoples' pregnancies are none of my fuckin' business.
Majority of these unwanted babies would be solved if we be more open and accepting of preventive methods such as the promotion of safe sex.
For abortion? Definitely pro-choice, although I very much dislike the idea of people abusing that choice.
“We gotta come to some new ideas about life folks ok? I'm not being blase about abortion, it might be a real issue, it might not, doesn't matter to me. What matters is that if you believe in the sanctity of life then you believe it for life of all ages. That's what I hate about this child-worship syndrome going on. "Save the children! They're killing children! How many children were at Waco? They're killing children!" What does that mean? They reach a certain age and they're off your fucking love-list? Fuck your children, if that's the way you think then fuck you too. You either love all people of all ages or you shut the fuck up.”

I don't care much for abortion but I have seen what happens when a woman has a baby that she does not want or can not care for or is unable to provide a stable home for.
I'm pro-choice. I also fully support birth control education. There's no reason for young women to honestly believe that taking a pee after sex is a valid method of contraception, that Plan B is an abortion pill or that The Pill is the only real method of contraception available next to condoms and I'm dead serious when I say that I have met much more than a handful of women who think like this. Those women are also mothers. Regular and proper usage of birth control options shouldn't be something that's only really typical of professional/career women and ultra-liberals and the sooner society realizes this, the better.
I personally believe it is hilarious that people in first world countries put such a high price on life. People die every second. The world is overpopulated and everyone knows how shitty foster systems are. Aborting a child in this day and age is the best thing you could do for another being; get rid of it before it just adds to the worthless billions. Everything dies eventually.
To believe that I Possess the wisdom to impose my views on someone else is the height of arrogance.
i think its up to you, but yeah abortion has its place.
a family member of mine was 20 weeks pregnant when a scan revealed her baby was severely disabled, 80% of his brain was missing and probably would have died at birth she had to decide to abort or not, his standard of life would have been awful a vegetable waiting to die so she aborted him, it was a terrible time but for the baby the best outcome. we still to this day remember angel and wish things different but he would have suffered if he'd have lived.
'Death' of someone's fetus is of no concern to moi. 25% percent of most abortion statistics are natural ones. Many species of animals(just like us) have developed this ability. I can see how a child can be raised in a foster home, or even a guardian in the family can raise the child and be happy, but it is none of my business. Pro-choice.
Blackalica, I wanted to say that I'm sorry for being mean to you and deleting your comments a few days back. I'm sorry. It was immature of me. I hope that you can forgive me and come back onto my post "Is it normal I don't believe that we are animals?". I won't believe you, but i'll atleast hear you out about evolution. I know that I was stubborn at first but I learned my lesson not to brush someone off so fast as i did to you. Please forgive me.
Sincerely, The OP
Birth control is available when you're having sex, as well as condoms. If you don't want the baby, there are foster homes available. I really don't see a reason to be killing something that'll grow up to be a human being one day. Also, if you're a teen trying to get out of your parents finding out, it's your own fault. Pay the consequences of your actions.
